3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your order value and delivery location. Free shipping is available on prepaid orders.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number that lets you track your package using our built-in tracking system.

5. Delayed Deliveries
While we strive to deliver within the stated timeline, delays may occur due to courier logistics, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

6. Serviceable Locations
We currently deliver to most pin codes across India. You can check serviceability by entering your pin code at checkout. Some remote locations may not be serviceable or may experience longer delivery times.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the order, additional charges may apply for re-shipping, or the order may be cancelled and refunded as per our Refund Policy (for prepaid orders).
